Location: Vancouver, WA (100% onsite)

Employment Type: Temporary (through end of year), with potential to convert to FTE

Annual Compensation: $85,000- 90,000

Our client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support their ERP implementation project, migrating from Microsoft Dynamics to Microsoft Business Central. This is a temporary role with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time position.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the ERP implementation.
  • Analyze, document, and optimize business processes within a manufacturing/distribution environment.
  • Create and execute testing scripts to ensure system functionality and user acceptance.
  • Work with shipping and receiving teams to improve inventory distribution processes and scale document workflows.
  • Provide actionable insights and solutions for a smooth transition to Microsoft Business Central.
  • Support training, documentation, and change management efforts related to the new ERP system.
  • Travel to the Portland facility occasionally, as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

  • MUST HAVE hands-on experience with ERP implementation, particularly Microsoft Dynamics and/or Microsoft Business Central.
  • Strong analytical skills with a background in Business Analysis.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and distribution processes is preferred.
  • Experience creating and executing testing scripts for ERP systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and other relevant software.
